2. Project Deposits

To initiate work on a project, we typically require a non-refundable deposit (usually 50% of the total project fee). This deposit secures your place in our project schedule and covers initial project setup, planning, and preliminary work.

The deposit is non-refundable because once we begin work on your project, we allocate resources and time that cannot be reassigned to other clients. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds at our discretion.

3. Cancellation of Services

If you need to cancel services after work has begun:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the initial payment: We may offer a partial refund of up to 25% of the deposit, minus any costs already incurred.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours but before project completion: No refund of the deposit will be provided. For any additional payments made beyond the deposit, we will assess work completed and may offer a partial refund for uncompleted work at our discretion.

4. Project Milestone Payments

For larger projects with milestone payments:

  • Each milestone payment is tied to specific deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Once a milestone has been delivered and approved, or if 14 days have passed since delivery without specific written objections, the payment for that milestone becomes non-refundable.
  • If you cancel the project before all milestones are completed, you will not receive a refund for completed milestones.

5. Unsatisfactory Services

We strive to provide high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with our services:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the deliverable, clearly stating the specific issues.
  • We will work with you to address your concerns and make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original project agreement.
  • If, after reasonable attempts to resolve the issues, we are unable to meet your requirements as outlined in the original project scope, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Maintenance and Support Services

For ongoing maintenance and support services:

  • Monthly or annual service plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel recurring services at any time, which will prevent future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services during the billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected time period.

7. Technical Issues and Force Majeure

In the event of technical issues or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control) that prevent us from completing the project:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issues and complete the project.
  • If completion becomes impossible, we will provide a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed.

8. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Any applicable transaction fees or currency conversion fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions made will not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce this policy in future situations.
