Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing refunds for technical consulting, XLSForm survey engineering, data analytics, and custom software services provided by Shobhit Kumar Prabhakar / Cyber Mitra Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").
2. Project Deposits
To schedule and initiate work, a project deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is required. The deposit secures committed engineering time and covers initial discovery, architecture design, and setup costs.
3. Milestone Payments & Acceptance
For milestone-based projects, deliverables are submitted for client review and verification. Once a milestone deliverable is formally approved (or 14 days elapse following delivery without written objections), the payment for that milestone is deemed finalized and non-refundable.
4. Quality Assurance & Revisions
We are dedicated to delivering precision engineering. If a deliverable fails to conform to the agreed written technical specifications, we will promptly perform corrections and revisions within the project scope at no additional charge.
5. Monthly Retainers & Support Plans
Ongoing maintenance, field monitoring support, and retainer plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Retainer plans may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing renewal.
