1. Introduction

Welcome to shobhit.net. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and professional services provided by Shobhit Kumar Prabhakar / Cyber Mitra Solutions ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Services & Engagements

We provide technical consulting in Full-Stack Web Development, SurveyCTO / ODK / XLSForm field systems, Agentic AI architectures, and cloud DevOps. All client engagements are executed pursuant to formal project proposals and written statement of work (SOW) documents.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate specifications, survey questionnaires, and assets
• Review intermediate deliverables and provide feedback within agreed windows
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared proprietary methodologies
• Adhere to milestone schedules and payment terms

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, clients receive full ownership rights to custom deliverables (e.g. customized XLSForm code, bespoke themes/plugins, custom datasets). We retain ownership of proprietary pre-existing toolsets, code libraries, and foundational templates.

5. Payment Terms

Standard engagements require a deposit (typically 50%) prior to initiation of work, with the remainder invoiced upon milestone completion or final delivery. Invoices are payable via bank wire, SWIFT, or approved international payment gateways.

6. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Projects include structured revision cycles as defined in the project agreement. Additional out-of-scope requests will be quoted and scheduled as formal addendums.
