3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely and accurate information necessary for project completion
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the project
  • Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in project agreements. However, we retain ownership of pre-existing materials, methodologies, and techniques used in creating the deliverables.

We reserve the right to display and link to completed client projects as part of our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the project fee) is required to initiate work
  • Remaining payments will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal
  • Late payments may result in work suspension and additional fees
  • All quoted prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated

6. Project Timelines and Deliverables

We commit to delivering projects according to agreed timelines. However, timelines may be adjusted if:

  • Client delays providing necessary information or feedback
  • Project scope changes are requested and approved
  • Unforeseen technical issues arise
  • Force majeure events occur

7. Revisions and Changes

Our project quotes typically include a specific number of revision cycles. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional charges and affect project timelines. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • By mutual agreement
  • If either party breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days
  • If the client fails to make payments as agreed

In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information unless required by law or with client permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
